Mr. Novaes has been a member of Vinci Partners' Infrastructure team since May 2023. Prior to joining Vinci Partners, he had 16 years of professional experience in Social & Environmental Project Management and Consulting, including experience in dialogue with different actors in society (Infrastructure, Renewable Hydraulics & Offshore and Forestry Companies, Institutions and different government sectors, Rural Populations, Indigenous and other traditional People). Extensive experience with management, planning and coordination of the Socio-environmental, Sustainability and ESG Strategy area, with an interdisciplinary team. He is also auditor in the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. He holds a Bachelor of Forest Engineer from Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and a master's degree in in Forest Sciences from Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).
