Luisa Rosas holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and a Masters Degree in Environmental Management. For the past ten years, she has worked in sustainable finance, concentrating on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly technologies in different regions, including Latin America, Eastern Europe, MENA, and Asia. Luisa has an excellent understanding of development cooperation in the financial sector and specializes in implementing Environmental and Social Management Systems for Financial Intermediaries to manage E&S risks. Prior to joining KfW Development Bank, Luisa gained experience in the consultancy and fund management sectors, with a focus on impact investing.
