Siva has been working as a senior social development specialist in Operational Services Department, AIIB since early 2022. Prior to joining AIIB, Siva was associated with World Bank, ADB, federal and local governments as well as private sector in several positions, contributing in the areas of large-scale resettlement planning, livelihood restoration, grievance mechanisms. Siva was involved in E&S due diligence of projects in various geographies, undertook preparation and implementation E&S measures for sovereign and non-sovereign investments in priority sectors including water, energy and transport. Siva enjoys working with clients and stakeholders and focuses on knowledge transfer and strengthening institutions to facilitate sustained results.

Siva is a Civil Engineer and holds a Professional Master in Urban Management from ITC, University of Twente, The Netherlands, Master of Environmental Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi
