Viviane Otsubo Kwon has more than 20 years of experience in socioenvironmental legal matters, especially involving infrastructure projects, M&A, climate change, environmental assets (forest, carbon, water and biodiversity). contaminated areas, waste management. At Santander, Viviane focuses on sustainble finance and innovation, nature based solutions, carbon markets and net zero.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (São Paulo University - Brazil); Master of International Law (Kyushu University, Japan); Post-graduated on technical and legal aspects of environmental compliance (São Paulo Environmental Agency Superior School); Law and ESG (Fundação Getúlio Vargas)
