Experience

Wesley is a digital specialist with 16 year experience in the information and communication technology sector. With a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering, he has a deep knowledge and foundation in technology evaluation and commercialization.

Wesley is currently a Senior Investment Officer at AIIB, and responsible mainly for investments in digital infrastructure and industry, including data centers, fixed cables, telecommunication towers, small cells, software and solutions, and electric vehicle related supply chain in India, Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands regions.

Prior to joining AIIB, Wesley has worked in the semiconductor and telecommunication sector and at Samsung as Chief Analyst.
