Senior Operations Management Officer, OSD, AIIB
Experience

Shuai is the Senior Operations Management Officer in the Operational Services Department of AIIB. She has been working on ES risk management in both private and public projects across regions and sectors and has contributed to portfolio-level risk management initiatives and analysis. Prior to joining AIIB, Shuai was leading the Risk and Compliance team of PE funds. She has over 10 years of experience in international and regional financial cooperations and holds a PhD in International Law and a BS in Engineering.
