Xin joined the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) in April 2021 as a Consultant to support MCDF’s knowledge sharing activities. Among these have included production of the MCDF Brief and other MCDF knowledge products as well as the maintenance of JIGSAW, MCDF’s digital tool to promote high-quality infrastructure investment.

Currently, Xin primarily focuses on the operations, maintenance, growth, and promotion of JIGSAW. She draws upon over 10 years of experience in knowledge management, knowledge partnership development, and project management.

Prior to joining MCDF, Xin supported the development of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-People’s Republic of China (PRC) Regional Knowledge Sharing Initiative for more than eight years. During this time, she also played a key role in designing two institutional websites.
