Zaruhi Hayrapetyan is a social safeguards specialist from Policy Team of Safeguards Office in Asian Development Bank. As part of the ADB Safeguards Policy Statement update she is leading the development of Environment and Social Standard 10 on Stakeholder Engagement and Information Disclosure and respective guidance materials. Zaruhi joined ADB 4 years ago. Prior to that she worked for NGOs, Government, private companies and World bank, ADB resident missions in Central and West Asia region on social impact assessment, involuntary resettlement, stakeholder engagement and complaint resolution.
