WHAT WE DO
INFORMATION SHARING

MCDF supports information sharing in two key areas:

  • International Financial Institution (IFI) standards and best practices for advancing sustainable cross-border connectivity infrastructure projects
  • Project pipelines that match the infrastructure needs of developing country governments with financing from IFIs and development partners

MCDF’s information and knowledge-sharing activities include events, publications, and other knowledge products as well as our digital database – JIGSAW.

Information-sharing activities are primarily implemented through the MCDF Collaboration Platform which facilitates dialogue among governments, IFIs, and development partners. They can also be conducted with accredited IFI Implementing Partners and supported by MCDF Finance Facility grants.
