Capacity Building
The MCDF capacity building activities are focused on enhancing relevant know-how, institutional capacity, and regulatory reform of developing countries and their development partners in areas including, but not limited to:
- Anti-corruption
- Debt sustainability
- Environmental and social safeguards
- Financial and operational performance improvements
- Gender equality
- Inclusion
- Investment climate
- Investment cycle capacity building that enhances the integration of standards
- Risk management, including risks related to environment and Greenhouse Gas emissions
- Trade facilitation
Capacity building activities are developed in partnership with an IFI Implementing Partner and supported through the Finance Facility.
