Martin Willich is Project Director with Fraport’s international investments department and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and brings over 25 years of experience in airport planning and project management. Specializing in strategic and master planning, his expertise has expanded in recent years to include a strong focus on sustainability and ESG initiatives.

At Fraport, Martin leads the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) by the European Union, setting new standards for non-financial reporting. He also plays a key role in the Antalya Airport expansion project, representing Fraport in executing the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP), which addresses environmental impact, noise management, and community livelihood improvements.

Martin's experience spans multiple departments within Fraport and international assignments across the Fraport group.
