Maya Gabriela Villaluz is a licensed professional Civil Engineer with two master’s degrees in environmental engineering and environmental science and technology, and a PhD in Environmental Science. She has decades of extensive International development experience as a Senior Environmental Specialist at the World Bank, USAID, various consulting firms, and was also a high-ranking public service official. She is now with the Sustainability and Fiduciary Department of AIIB.
