Xiaodan Huang is the Senior Environmental Engineer in the World Bank’s Environment, Natural Resources, and Blue Economy (ENB) Global Practice. She brings over 20 years of experience related to integrated conservation and development, natural resources management, pollution control, and environmental and social risk management. Her work with the World Bank has focused on adaptive management of environmental and social risks associated with large-scale infrastructure investments and innovative programs that emphasize sustainable development, nature-based solution (NBS) and climate resilience. She is also actively engaged in dialogue and collaboration with EAP clients and development partners to build capacity on environmental risk management, environmentally sustainable design and broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
