Experience

Toshifumi Kazaoka is Senior Investment Officer in the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), covering private sector operations in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa. Prior to joining AIIB, he worked in the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). He has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure and natural resource development finance mainly in Asia. He holds an MBA degree from the HKUST Business School.
