Felix is a safeguard specialist with our 20 years MDB experience. Prior to joining ADB, he worked with the World Bank and African Development Bank in similar positions. Administratively, Felix heads the front office of the Head of Safeguards OSFG in ADB providing coordination function on key technical and specialist initiatives. He has extensive operations and policy compliance oversight functionalities and currently serves as the focal person for Health and Safety including SEAH in ADB. Felix has led several training and capacity building programs for staff as well as borrowers and clients of MDBs including ADB covering different sectors and Regions.
