Jingrong is a Senior Procurement Specialist of the Sustainability and Fiduciary Solutions Department of AIIB. She is a seasoned procurement professional with over 20 years of MDB procurement experience. She holds a LLM specializing in Public Procurement Law and Policy from the University of Nottingham and a Mater of Engineering of International Engineering Project Management from Tsinghua University. Before joining AIIB, Jingrong was a Senior Procurement Specialist of the World Bank.
