Aya Amer (Field Procurement Officer) is an Accountant and holds MBA specialized in Marketing with 22 years of experience in the field of both public and private procurement. She has worked in 4 different ministries in Egypt managing the procurement process of various projects funded by international Donors (WB, AfDB, EU, USAID etc…). Currently, she holds the position of field procurement officer and is based at the IsDB Regional Hub of Cairo responsible for Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan and Bahrain.
