Dicka holds a master’s degree in Environmental Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment, Sustainable Finance, Environmental and Social Due Diligence, Environmental Site Assessment, Gender and Social Inclusion, and Occupational Health and Safety.

Dicka currently serves as the Team Leader for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Social and Environmental Division at PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF). In this role, she manages a team of specialists responsible for monitoring and supervising projects and borrower compliance to ensure alignment with applicable social and environmental performance requirements, as well as overseeing the implementation of corrective action plans. Her responsibilities also include monitoring grievance mechanisms, facilitating stakeholder engagement through public consultations and disclosures, preparing S&E memos confirming project compliance for facility renewals, and preparing progress and performance reports for various investors.
