Co-organized by the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), and New Development Bank (NDB), this workshop will provide practical insights into land and asset valuation processes in development finance.
The workshop will address niche and emerging social safeguard topics, emphasizing knowledge-sharing from experienced professionals in developing countries and incorporating expertise from International Financial Institutions (IFIs). It will help participants enhance their understanding of valuation concepts, build capacity for implementing best practices, and develop skills in stakeholder engagement through theoretical discussions and real-world case studies.
The workshop will take place virtually via Zoom. The workshop will consist of three 2.5-hour parts, each designed to build on the knowledge and practices discussed in the previous session.
