Since 2020, Radhika has been working with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as the Social and Gender Specialist (Consultant) for the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F), which is housed in the Office of Markets Development and Public-Private Partnership (OMDP). She is responsible for the operationalization of AP3F and OMDP’s gender strategy and provides support on gender mainstreaming aspects of all public-private partnership (PPP) transactions.

Radhika has over 20 years of cross-sectoral experience working on gender issues with the United Nations, multilateral development banks (MDBs), private sector, and think tanks. Prior to joining ADB, she worked with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, and Access Health International, among others. She holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from Delhi University and a Master’s in Gender and Media Studies from the University of Sussex, UK.
