Jeffrey Manalo is a career executive and the current Deputy Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center, the government agency tasked to champion and facilitate the Philippine PPP Program. Since he joined the Center in 2011, he has been involved in several PPP projects and has been playing a key role in pushing for critical reforms in the Philippine PPP Program, including the enactment of the PPP Code of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
He is also an alumnus of the Sustainable Infrastructure Fellowship Program, the ASEAN Sustainable Leadership in Infrastructure Program (ASLIP), and the 2023 Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI-PFP).
Jeff holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and has completed executive programs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
