Experience

Mr. Liao Min is Vice Minister of Finance. He served as Vice Minister of the Office of the Central Commission for Finance and Economy and Vice Minister of Finance, and before that, Director General of the International Economic Department of the Office of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs. Prior to that, he held several positions at the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), including Director General of the Shanghai Office, Director General and Deputy Director General of the Executive Department.

Mr. Liao, born in 1968, holds a master's degree in economics from Peking University and a master's degree in business administration from University of Cambridge.
