With over 12 years of experience at the International Labor Organization (ILO), Kassiyet plays a pivotal role in supporting policy development and implementation of Environmental and Social Standard 2: Labor and Working Conditions. Her expertise spans project management, technical assistance, capacity building, resource mobilization, and partnership development. Kassiyet has actively contributed to the creation of tools, guidance, and capacity-building initiatives for ILO constituents and stakeholders. Her research background includes leading the development of reports and publications on various decent work topics. Before joining ILO, Kassiyet worked at the Delegation of the European Union to Kazakhstan, the European Commission, and the United Nations Development Program.
