Lulu joined the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) in November 2021, bringing with her a robust background in cross-cultural administration and operational coordination. As a member of the Governance Team, she provides administrative support to the entire MCDF Secretariat, including operating conferencing systems for meetings of the MCDF Governing Committee and MCDF Coordination Committee, event logistics, official travel arrangements, and data reconciliation for budget utilization.
Prior to MCDF, she served for three years at the Beijing Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, where she honed her skills in event management, executive administration, and public liaison.
A graduate of Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand, Lulu holds a bachelor’s degree in business French, complemented by a minor in business Japanese.
