Meiyu Xu joined the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) as an Administrative Assistant in June 2026. As a member of the Governance Team, she provides administrative and operational support to the entire MCDF Secretariat, together with other Administrative Assistants, including meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, document management, stakeholder communication, and logistical support for meetings of the MCDF Governing Committee and MCDF Coordination Committee.
Prior to joining MCDF, Meiyu gained work experience with the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in China and Carbon Disclosure Project China, supporting stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and administrative operations.
Meiyu holds a master of science in education in statistics, measurement, assessment, and research technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts in economics and business from Brandeis University (United States).
