As a member of the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) Governance Team, Qifeng provides strategic and hands-on advice and support on administrative matters for the entire MCDF Secretariat.
Previously, Qifeng worked at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for over 23 years, where he held managerial and professional positions covering institutional procurement, budget management, loan/technical assistance processing and administration, financial inclusion, regional cooperation, and government relations. Prior to joining ADB, Qifeng worked on project financing and credit risk management with Bank of China.
Qifeng holds a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Switzerland, an MBA from ISA, HEC School of Management in France, and a bachelor’s degree from Peking University.
