Sheryl Edd P. Hermosa-Ebron joined the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) Secretariat as Social Media and Digital Content Consultant in June 2024.
She promotes social media and digital content growth and development, with the aim of enhancing MCDF's visibility and support for its activities among partners and stakeholders.
Previously, Sheryl served as an Extension Specialist at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) Learning Resource Center (LRC) for a decade. She substantially grew LRC’s social media audience engagement, helping to boost its academic support services and academic excellence.
She also worked as an executive producer in radio and television broadcasting, as well as a news anchor and news department head for Newslight on Light TV 33 in the Philippines.
Sheryl is a member of Toastmasters International and was a finalist in the 2024 International Speech Competition District 75 Conference Toastmasters International.
Sheryl holds both a bachelor of science and a master of science in development communication from UPLB.
