Rhea Branzuela Reburiano-Javier

Experience

Rhea is a safeguards professional with over 12 years of experience, including in project preparation and implementation, E&S policy review and update, strengthening country safeguard systems, and E&S compliance review.

A member of ADB’s private sector safeguards team, she is currently the social focal for equity investments and financial intermediaries, mainly working on finance and energy projects. Previously, she worked on South Asia sovereign projects, focused on energy, urban, and water sectors.

Rhea obtained degrees in Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines.
