Mr. Kadir is the Founder and Managing Partner of TMS (Training Management Sustainability) Consulting in Türkiye. He has over 20 years of Operational Health and Safety, Environment and Sustainability Management experience. He has worked for the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security for 09 years. He continues to work on multiple projects for international financial institutions for the management of environmental and social safeguards. Mr. Kadir has deep experience in the Safety and Environmental and Sustainability Issues of Chemicals, Metallic Mining, and Energy Production industries. He provides regular practical advice, guidance and training on matters relating to Risk Management and Loss Control.

He is also a Founder and Member of Management Board of Mobbing Association since 2015. Mr. Kadir is a well-known public speaker and conference chair who has chaired and spoken at conferences and events nationally and internationally. He is the author of multiple books on HSE. Mr. Kadir is also a Lecturer in a University and delivering risk management, construction safety, process safety and emergency planning lectures at the master’s degree level.
