She is the sustainable procurement knowledge focal in ADB Procurement Portfolio and Financial Management Department.

Jenny led the work on the incorporation of environmental health and safety provisions in the standard bidding documents for works, development of ADB Sustainable Procurement Guidance Note, and related country diagnostic program for ADB DMC as well as the work with wider ADB team and external stakeholders on related capacity building program, market readiness assessment and shaping initiatives.

Jenny is a chartered professional engineer and an admitted barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
