WHO WE ARE
The Governing Committee is the decision-making body of the MCDF Finance Facility and is responsible for providing policy guidance and operational oversight to the MCDF Finance Facility. The Governing Committee is comprised of Members (representatives of the contributors to the Finance Facility) and Observers (representatives of each IFI Implementing Partner, the Administrator, and the CEO of the MCDF Secretariat).
